INTRODUCTION
|
The ‘Dean Racing Development’ Professional Mountain Bike Team is established
to support and fund top-level gravity mountain bike athletes in regional,
national and international settings.
The team is comprised of talented, personable, highly popular &
recognizable racers that are dedicated to their sport. Our organization aspires to provide
athletes with all the tools necessary throughout the rigorous, year-long
racing calendar both on American and international soil.
What Does Sponsorship of a Professional Level Cycling Program Do For Your Company?
A sound partnership with professional cycling generates unparalleled advertising exposure,
increased public interest and an enhanced public image.
Since the legendary cyclist John
Tomac, mountain biking has seen a dramatic increase of public interest within
the United States.
The mountain bike craze reached further into the homes and workplaces of
millions of people across the world because of Shaun Palmer’s presence &
personality in the sport.
The U.S. has become the one of the
primary nations to produce the highest level athletes and continues to raise
the bar for national and international competition.
This growth and increasing
recognition offers sponsors an opportunity to gain both valuable increases in
product awareness and incredible company exposure at a VERY REASONABLE COST.
This is especially evident when compared to other sporting advertising trends
(e.g., NASCAR, PGA, Snowboarding, Skateboarding, BMX (X-Games style Action
Sports)).

How Does Sponsorship Benefit Your Company?
As with any billboard, race-car
or magazine ad, your company’s distinctive artwork, graphics, colors and
logos will be prominently displayed on ALL team marketing areas. Design space
and size allocation are based upon total value of the sponsor’s contribution
to the actual team budget.
·
Your company’s graphics/logos will be prominent on
ALL team uniforms, clothing, vehicles, bicycles and related media (i.e.,
media packets, team website).
·
Your company’s logos, ads, official website address,
member/athlete testimonials and product endorsement included at
www.deanracing.com (note: website will also have the address bearing name of
title sponsor – e.g., www.hondamtbracing.com).
·
Your
company is entitled to utilize (but not limited to) company banners,
brochures and product samples at events promoted by or attended by the
athletes.
·
Your company WILL benefit from all publicappearances and charities conducted by the team.
·
Sponsors will receive updates via email and other
multi-media of the team’s progress, participation, schedule and results.
·
Demo Tour possibilities between races & events.

Before You Read On..
|
|
First and
foremost, the following proposed budget is simply an outline as to the needs
of a professional cycling team of our caliber. The included budget plan is by
no means set in stone and is negotiable upon sponsorship support agreement.
The budget is simply offered as a guide to the annual financial demands of a
successful professional cycling team such as ours.
The
largest monetary donor amount will receive the “Title sponsor” designation
and the next highest contributor will receive the “Presenting sponsor” or
“Co-sponsor” designation (e.g., RockStar Energy Mountain Bike Team presented
by Honda). Also note that ANY monetary donor in the “Silver” or greater
sponsorship brackets will have their company name/logo appear on multiple
areas of team equipment and uniforms.
Pro
cycling has an EXTREMELY HIGH RETURN VALUE because logos and products are on
display in a VERY INTERACTIVE setting every single day of the week on
training rides and at national and international events. This mutually
beneficial sporting collaboration literally gives you MILLIONS of value
impressions for the price of thousands, extending to a different and rapidly
increasing demographic and boosting your advertising/marketing potential
exponentially.
