the Person
 One of the busiest people in the industry today, Jeremiah "Dylan" Dean is a serial entrepreneur. He's got his hands in just about everything you can imagine – a jack-of-all-trades if you will. A business owner, a promoter, a custom painter, a team manager, a photographer, a racer, marketer, a journalist, a sports agent and the list goes on…
With a background in the world of action sports. Dylan's work and passion have allowed him to capture and shape content on multiple continents. Dylan is known amongst his industry peers as a progressive marketer, always finding new ways to create content and gain exposure through multiple traditional and non-traditional channels.
Dylan has gone on to achieve what some may have thought impossible.
After moving to California from the east coast, Dylan started racing downhill & slalom on the national circuit. After a few successful seasons, Dylan discovered that his true passion for the sport was behind the scenes, helping to bring mountain biking to the forefront of the action sports world. Initially, Dylan began his career traveling the National & World Cup circuit as a freelance photographer. A wide variety of his photographs continue to grace the pages of industry catalogs, websites, and your favorite magazines worldwide.
My talents grew into other fields – namely custom helmet painting. After a few short years, Dylan Dean Designs has become one of the premier custom paint companies around. I've painted for the likes of 2003 World Champion Greg Minnaar, superstar riders Sam Hill, Jared Graves, Bryn Atkinson, Eric Carter, Andrew Neethling, and many more. BMX stars Dave Mirra and Jamie Bestwick have worn custom painted helmets
by Dylan Dean Designs; as well as supercross star Jay Marmont.
Hired to develop the team and marketing department for Nema International, Dylan is helping to revive a company (which is under new ownership) to become one of the most exciting and influential clothing companies in the cycling industry.
